Yahan
Yahan graduated from the Japanese Painting program at Musashino Art University. She previously studied at the Affiliated Secondary School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and Chelsea College of Arts, University of the Arts London. After three years of study in the United Kingdom, she continued her education in Japan for six years. Through a diverse visual language, she seeks to convey the poetic appeal of Eastern aesthetics. Her practice reflects a deep engagement with nature, self-healing, and beauty, while also expressing the shifting tension between anxiety and calm in a complex and pluralistic social environment. Her fields of study include fine art, sculpture, display aesthetics, colour theory, and interactive art. Her works have been collected by institutions including the Tokyo National Art Museum, Mitsubishi Estate, and Yunjian Art Museum.
