Pan Zejia,born in Guangdong in 1998,graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in oil painting fromGuangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. He currently works and lives in Guangzhou.His creations focus on the profound and fluid dialectical relationship between the material world and individualperception. Through his painting practice, Pan Zejia examines and transforms everyday objects within an extraordinanycontext, endowing them with new forms and spiritual meanings. He pays particular attention to the inherentproperties of materials and employs strong subjective intervention to prompt subtle transformations in objectiveimages. In his continuous daily creations, Pan Zeiia acutely captures and amplifies those individual traces andtimeliness that are easily overlooked, emphasizing that creation is a process of"subjective reconstruction" basedon rational reflection and emotional drive. By constantly deconstructing and reconstructing images,he challengesthe solidified boundaries between subject and object.
