Asa X陈竺
Graduated with an MA in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Arts. He currently lives and works between Shanghai and London. His practice focuses on the practical development and construction of ontological painting language within the system of Post-contemporary Art. Through artistic language, his works engage with issues including the textual construction and deconstruction of images, boundary consciousness within material ontology, the manifestation of gender fluidity, post-global social landscapes, and philosophical rhetorics, aiming at cultural and ideological invention. In parallel, he is involved in the development of AI models for post-contemporary art theory, and also participates in the practice of site-specific installations and performance-based video works. His works have been exhibited in cities including London, Shanghai, and New Delhi.
